Delivery and order

  1. In which countries do you ship?
    We ship in almost all countries around the world and we offer free shipping.

  2. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING ? :
    We deliver our products around the world. There is no minimum quantity required by order and all our deliveries are free (excluding DOM-TOM). Unless you make secure delivery - loss / flight / breakage for 4.99 euros.

  3. How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
    The processing of your order, the manufacture of products and the delivery (free) ask our team a period of 10 to 15 working days maximum. We are making every effort to get your order as soon as possible.
    Delivery times, for the:
    France: from 10 to 15 working days
    Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands and Germany: 8 to 12 business days.
    For other European countries: from 10 to 15 working days
    USA: 5 to 9 working days.

  4. My Comady is not complete:
    If your order includes multiple items, it is possible that they are sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Do not worry, your package will arrive shortly.

  5. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
    A problem with the post office? Package lost, broken, destroyed?
    With our Secure Delivery option - Loss / Flight / Case, Frossia takes charge of disputes in your place. The satisfaction of our clientele is our priority. We do not refer the fault to the carrier by letting you "fend for you".
    We assume full responsibility by immediately referring a new package at our expense.

Cancellations and return

  1. Can I change my order?
    Yes, as long as your order is not "being processed».

  2. Can I cancel my order?
    It is all possible to cancel your order! If the order is already under preparation, the cancellation fee will however be 40% of the purchase price. Do not hesitate to contact us by mail to info@frossia.com: our team will do the most to meet your needs!

  3. I want to return an article?
    We are able to accept a return that in case of vice proven from the product.
    Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to info@frossia.com accompanied by your order number. To be able to benefit from a return, your article must be unused and in the same state where you received it.

    Frossia ships its products around the world legally. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline any responsibility.
